The Boat This is the biggest boat that is still able to float on water. It is kept among all the other boats- the ones that float- and has everything that the Tribe could need to survive for about two days. This boat is where the Wharf Rats have been told to go if thier home is attacked. If the boat is attacked, the Wharf Rats go to thier home. If both are attacked- they flee to another place... and only they know where that is.

Above the Docks This area includes almost all of the city that touches the banks of the River- even the borders of the city. The Wharf Rats will 'take prisoner' any of the other Tribes they see here- and as there are patrols, most people are usually seen. It is muddy in this area- and most of the fallen buildings have been ransacked.
Under The Docks The Wharf Rats have small dwellings under the Docks which they use when they need to hide- or to keep prisoners. These Docks also strech into the sewers- which, in that section- have been cleaned out- the beginning and end of a Wharf Rat's day begins here.
In The Sewers The first thing that Jade Blackwater ordered when the Wharf Rats arrived here, was the cleaning of the sewer empty holes- where sewage used to flow down when the City functioned. That section of the Sewers isn't completely clean, but it is cleaner than most other sections. The Wharf Rats live here in the dark depths, sleeping, eating and most importantly- planning.
Sewage Plant The one place where all the sewers in the city connect, this is where the Wharf Rats hold meetings, pass judgements and plan thier most elaborate plans. The outside is boarded up so that no one can get in from outside- and the sewers that connect to this plant are guarded almost all the time. This is the final place any Wharf Rat would flee to.
