By the time Hail finished his motions, two muffled shots and the lock for the door was destroyed. The metalic sounds reverating throughout the city. By the time the second brass casing clicked on the sidewalk, two more shots blew out the doorknobs. Apparently, the 762-SD silencer in the tip of his rifle muffled the sound of where it came from, but the four shots were loud. Silver tips, they were Armor Piercing Incindiary. No steel door can protect itself, especially at this short of a range.
With an extended arm, he motioned to go, while he started to head to another spot to cover the team.

<Oh shit oh shit oh shit.>
John followed on Hail's footsteps, making his best to stay under cover. At the moment, all willingness to come and rescue Seraphim had melted away - he would give everything to be back to the safety of Castle Smoke. The danger was all too real, and they had just awaken the tribe with the worst reputation of New Pork.
All he could hope for was that Edward and Hail were really sure of what they could do, and try to look like he knew how to use that rifle. Sure as hell John wasn't moving from where he stood if Hail did not take the lead.
"Stop that!" Rattlesnake snarled. "Your fucking god won't help us!" He kept close to Edward, shifting uncomfortably. All he wanted was to spring forward and make the Vampires pay for all the pain they had inflicted on the Cigarettes, and he itched with the urge of rushing one of the guards. He was to stay and cover Edward's back, though - and inside, he felt grateful for that. All of a sudden, this seemed way too big for his liking. After all, they were trying to storm Gargoyle's Tower with a handful of people.

"Go! Go! Go!" His boot found the door on the third 'go' and forced it inward and he rolled passed it as he did, so that any gunfire towards the now open door would find no target. He popped up from underneath the window after completing the roll, and his caseless pistol sounded loudly, firing off three rounds towards anyone inside. The door was not to be his method of entrance. His free hand grabbed his sword as he dove in through his improvised window entry way, heading for the ground to keep his profile low. His trust was placed in Edward as well as his own skill. It was extremely hard for him to lay trust with someone so new, but it'd be a good way to start off a friendship, or an opinoin of him for being stupid or brazen.
Of course, he assumed (and prayed) other tribe-mates were doing something at the same time, otherwise he was screwed.
