The hospital. Lord Matthew-Paul had this hospital built, and over years it has grown larger and larger. It was burnt almost to the ground because so many sick people had lived there during those horrible forty-eight hours. But much of the stone structure still remains, and it has become a meeting place for the tribes – or, it used to be before leaders started dying. Now only in the desperate times do the clan leaders meet here. The sewers lead right to the front door, and there are wide open roads for the Cigarettes or Wildcats to travel down, while the buildings crowd close enough for Vampires to hide.
