Reason pushed the Vampire’s cell open with her ret-booted toes, propping the door open with one foot. She motioned, and the boys carrying Rattlesnake maneuvered into the room. They left the bulky figure lying on the floor, then moved to help Daisuke transport Seraphim into the room also. A few moments passed as this was done. Reason kept her eyes on Dancer, careful to make sure the Vampire didn’t do something stupid.
[Eh. Muse ran away.]

[Tricksy things, those muses.]
"Oh joy. Company", mumbled Dancer as the first boy was taken into the room, keeping as far from the group of Cigarettes as the cell allowed. She pretended to ignore the situation, to abstract herself from it. Why would she care about other prisoner? She just stood there, arms crossed, her brown mane framing her frowning face. Then the second prisoner was brought in. That he was senseless did not matter; Dancer's eyes widened in terror and she seemed to want to melt through the wall, to run away from Seraphim. The girl looked around in panic, but the window was blocked and the Cigarettes stood between her and the door.

[Nope, she isn't. Just Dancer and the two guys who want to murder her... Small thing.]

[Reason was about to ask Caesar if she wanted to join the fun or share a call with someone else.]
Reason ran a hand through her spiky hair and watched the rest of the Cigarettes pull out of the cell. It wouldn’t be long before the two guys decided to wake up, and Reason wasn’t sure she wanted to be around when that happened. They needed to cool down – she needed to cool down. If the boys realized how and why they were in the cell, neither they nor she would have any peace unless Reason managed to be out of sight, out of mind. But before she pressed the door closed, Reason turned to Caesar, hovering in the hall.
“Would you like to join this madhouse, or would you prefer to share a cell with some more civil companion?”
Someone shifted inside the cell – something black. Seraphim’s gloved hand had twitched – he was coming to. Reason gave Caesar a meaningful look that said plainly that she had ten seconds to make her choice.

Petrified in stark horror, Dancer's eyes shifted to Seraphim as the cell emptied. She wanted to cry out, to beg for not being alone with him and the other prisoner, to be set free - but no sound came out from her throat. The mere view of his hand twitching brought remembrance of those same hands around her neck, so little time ago. Please, please, gods, not him... Unconsciously, she moved closer to the other prisoner, seeking for protection. He couldn't be as bad as Seraphim, could he?
A moan came out of Rattlesnake's throat, and his chest gave one long, deep heave, breath rasping through his throat.

" Be stuck in a cell with two rivals and a scared prisoner, or I'll be all alone. Conflict or silence? " Caesar raised an eyebrow at Reason. She really didn't mind either way. Both would suite her personally, but she did question the logic of putting Rattlesnake and Seraphim into a locked cell together.

[Wait. That cell isn't that big, and the spirits inside do not help it. The four of them inside might bring Castle Smoke down - if the three cannot do it already... xD Besides, Dancer only can hold down so much. Believe me, you don't want to see her that freaked out. You don't. Seraphim is more than enough to set her on edge, and adding Rattlesnake... Caesar's bloody nose would not really aid to Dancer's auto-control. But let's see what Reason says.]

[Don’t want to leave you out, so I’ll throw Caesar in with Tom, pretend we’ve got him, yeah?]
Reason growled. She might have been Beta, but why did that mean she had to make all the decisions? Slamming the cell door closed behind her, Reason locked it firmly and kicked it for good measure. The door was only wood and it was possible that someone inside could kick a hole in it, but the door out of the hall was a thick metal-plated affair designed and built by Alexander and Daisuke. Of course, threatening with the Black Room was enough to warn any of the prisoners that attempted escape was stupid, so they didn’t really need the black room, but it was comforting to know it was there.
“I’ll put you with Mr. Bishop,” Reason decided. “You two will get along fine, I’m sure.” The second part of this statement was so sarcastic that even Reason was slightly taken aback. She coughed and padded off unlock the other cell. Daisuke ushered the rest of the Cigarettes out of the hallway.
Inside the cell, Seraphim’s gloved hand twitched again, but he didn’t seem able to do much more than that.
[Let’s leave him KO for a while, eh?]

Frantic, Dancer looked around. She needed something to defend herself from Seraphim. She didn't care for the reason he had been dumped into a cell, but she was stuck with him and there was no way out. She could take the pillow or blankets off the bed and stuff them on his face, but that would be murder - the mere perspective of the act made her sick. Yet Seraphim was twitching, and would soon wake up. No defense from him then. The chamber pot was another possible weapon, but to get to it she would have to pass by Seraphim. No chance of that. The other prisoner moaned again, yet gave no other signs of returning to his senses.

Seraphim’s first impulse upon waking was to register where he was – a cell. His black-brown eyes narrowed, and he remained lying on his back for a moment, unmoving, wondering where he was. His head hurt – Reason’s pellet had left its mark. Wait a moment – yes. Reason has shot him and Rattlesnake. So, naturally, it made sense that he was inside one of his own cells. Logic.
Seraph shifted, pulling himself up onto his elbows. His vision was slightly blurred, but it was slowly beginning to focus. Blinking in the dull light of the cell, he managed to get as far as his knees before he realized he wasn’t alone. Problem A) rattlesnake. Problem B) the Vampire girl. Oh, this was going to be so much fun. Seraphim almost decided to lie down again and play dead until someone let him out of here.

He had awakened. Instinctively, Dancer retreated even further to the wall. Her bruised muscles cringed as Seraphim propped himself onto his elbows, and the girl shut her eyes, trying to breath slowly and deeply. However, that did not help as well, for every inhalation brought memories of his hands squeezing her throat. Through closed eyes, Dancer could easily see a pair of blood-shot eyes, flickering through black-brown and gray, Seraphim and Mina's frenzied expressions. He's not there... He's not there...

Seraphim dragged himself to his feet and, completely ignoring the rest of the occupants of the cell, padded to the door. He pushed the flap open with one finger and looked outside. How could Reason have – he was going to – oh, damnation! “Reason!” Seraphim shouted. “Reason!”
She didn’t respond, although she could her him shouting at her. She made a shushing noise to Caesar, feeling slightly guilty. But only slightly, mind you.
Seraphim swore under his breath and closed the flap. His hands disappeared into his pockets, and he examined the other occupants of the cell. His dark eyes strayed from Rattlesnake to the Vampire, and back again. He wasn’t sure which one he was most displeased to see. What was Reason thinking?

He's not there, he's not there, he's not there, he's not there, he mustn't be there, he mustn't be, he's not there... Dancer repeated the words over and over on her mind, as if denying Seraphim's presence would make him disappear.
Seraphim's shouts for Reason awoke Rattlesnake. He swore loudly, taking one hand to his head before trying to rise - and noticed the cell, Seraphim and the Vampire. The airgun. Reason. The pieces were starting to fill the blank spaces on his memory.

“Shutit,” Seraphim snapped at Rattlesnake, sliding his back down the wall until he was sitting with his back to the door, facing the rest of the cell. He put his wrists on his knees, his mind performing back flips as it tried to figure out what exactly was going on. The fact that the Vampire kid was huddled in the back of the cell with her eyes closed didn’t seem to both him all that much – he was used to it, a little, by now. Seraph threw his head back, his hair falling down his back and his eyes focused on a dark spot on the roof.

He's not there, he's not there, he's not there...
Rattlesnake was getting up slowly, head swimming in pain. It was hard to tell which part of his body was sorer. Probably the head. Definitely. He leaned heavily on a wall, looking slightly amused, teeth clenched to shut off the dizziness. "Oh, it seems we have the pleasure of the company of the little blood-sucker... She is not bound, Seraphim. Will you beat her now? I wouldn't mind doing the dirty job for you, you know, as you seem to prefer when they are defenseless."
[*Watches Dancer perform a triple mortal and beat the hell out of Rattlesnake*]

“Hey, if it keeps you from attacking me, go ahead. I think Reason shot a hole through my head,”
Seraphim replied icily. His head was pounding as though someone was sitting behind him and hitting him over the head repeatedly with a sledgehammer. Of course, there was still a throb in his abdomen and ankle, also, and this made for an even coverage of pain. Not good – although it was likely he wasn’t the only person in the cell with bruises. The others just had bruises by Seraph’s hand.

He's not there, he's not there, he's not- what??
What was left from Dancer's detachment from the situation vanished. The girl scrambled awkwardly to her feet, blinking repeatedly to clear her sight. The bulkier prisoner was walking slowly toward her, an air of immense satisfaction on his tanned face. Rattlesnake cracked his knuckles loudly, grinning at Dancer. He was visibly limping from his right leg, but that did not compensate the fact that he was much bigger and stronger than the Vampire. Rattlesnake pushed all the pain and hatred for Seraphim to the back of his mind, focusing on his immediate target - the girl. Still grinning, he made a fist and punched her left shoulder. Dancer yelped in pain; her shoulders were not exactly untouched after Seraphim's attack, neither was Rattlesnake restraining his strength. Clenching the shoulder with the opposite hand, Dancer ducked from Rattlesnake's next blow, which hit the wall above instead.

Seraphim twitched as he heart the meaty thump of the first blow connecting, regretting his rash words. Memories were being dragged up that he wasn’t exactly comfortable with having in the first place, but Seraph had said that Rattlesnake could have his fun – recalling that privilege at that moment wouldn’t have been the wisest of ideas. Goddamn it.
“Careful on the upholstery,” Seraphim said mildly as Rattlesnake messed up his next punch. “Wouldn’t want to break the wall’s nose, eh?”

"Coward", snarled Dancer, not really knowing which boy she was insulting. She moved to the side, trying to sidestep Rattlesnake's next punch, but too late. "Too slow", smirked the boy, as he hit the girl's ribs. Breathless, the girl doubled over, falling onto her knees, all her body ringing with the impact. Her hands hit the floor, and a deep haze swam into her vision, clouding it. Rattlesnake laughed - and brought a fist down, to her back. Dancer yelled and fell to one side, barely keeping consciousness. Her perception of the surroundings started and ended on Rattlesnake's boot, kicking her once, twice... All went black.
